The location, the quietness and the easy access to The Red Sea with Orca dive centre on site.
Lovely room with side sea view.
The gardens are beautiful and well tended. My third stay here and I'm sure I'll come again.
There's no need for piped music during dinner ....okay for Egyptian night, but otherwise I'd bin that.
Not everyone enjoys heavy meat based meals at lunchtime. The salads are great so please serve more cheese and also falaafal at lunchtime - it's really popular in Europe nowadays.

The experience was fabulous
The hotel is a hidden gem, providing high value for money, very clean, very hospital staff, food was beyond expectations.
Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud from the front office, before our arrival I felt his hospitality and how he was keen on settling us to the best rooms in the hotel, he was doing his best to fix the AC problem.
Mr. Abdelfattah head of the beach restaurant and Chef Moustafa head chef of the restraunt they were beyond expectations and accomodating my daughter's Gluten free diet.
Chef Ahmed on the pizza station was beyond excellent.
Chef Ibrahim Hassan on pasta station.
The whole staff were very welcoming and smiling and always looking after our comfort.
And ofcourse Mr. Sherief Khairy the Duty Manager was welcoming us and making sure that everything is comfortable every morning at the breakfast.

The property was like a paradise. The people were really nice and kind. The village offered a lot of activities as diving, snorkeling, massage. The food was good and various, the e trance to the sea from the village was incredible.
