A large pool is located right outside the front door, and two additional pools throughout the complex. There are two 18-hole golf courses (Fazio & Arnold Palmer Course), 2 sports courts with tennis and pickle ball, barbeque cabanas in each pool area, a private lanai, and a beautiful sunset! Parking Pass: There is one assigned parking space for unit. There is a parking pass in the unit for your car. Please display it visibly, either on your car dashboard or rear-view mirror. Guest Parking: There is one (1) designated guest parking stall for your guest. Parking is free, There is a Guest parking pass in the unit for your car. Cars require a displayed parking pass. Please keep the unit free of crumbs: Tropical bugs LOVE crumbs! Please clean thoroughly immediately after finishing cooking and eating-in. This helps keep insects out of the unit. Quiet Hours: 9:00pm - 8:00am Parties are not allowed. Laundry: Do not use laundry detergent with bleach/oxi, it stains our towels! Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE loading items in the washer. Please shake sand off towels, outside, BEFORE loading in the washer. Sand: Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE entering the house and showers. Trash: Please take out the trash. Dumpster is adjacent to the parking area. Toilets: Please do NOT flush feminine products, disposable wipes or trash in the toilet. Smoking is not allowed. POOL: Enjoy the 3 swimming pools and tennis courts on grounds, for your use. Pools; Follow posted rules. No lifeguard on duty. Open 9:am to 9:00pm daily. No glass of any kind. One of the 3 pools is designated for “Adults Only” on a weekly rotational basis. Please take note.
