The decor throughout the riad is very authentic with beautiful shutters, balustrade and decoration. Our room was large and very comfortable with a duvet, which I prefer when sleeping with aircon. The terrace is spacious with different comfortable seating areas. We used the plunge pool to cool off which was very refreshing. Our host Sophie was friendly and helpful answering questions and was accommodating to our needs, for example, an early check in as the room was ready. It was helpful to be able to order a tuna sandwich on the terrace from the menu for lunch. The location is great. I was glad I chose the riad after looking at many different ones and although we only had a short stay, we would be happy to stay here again if we return to Marrakesh.
I liked everything about our stay. Breakfast was great too, including very good quality coffee and tea. There was nothing we didn't like.

Riad Kerdouss was a lovely stay. Sophie and Abdul were wonderful hosts - Abdul picked us up from the airport at almost 1AM and helped us to our room with our bags. Sophie was wonderful! She is very knowledgable and made us comfortable throughout our entire stay - we stayed here for 1 week! If I needed a dinner reservation or Taxi booked - all I had to do was text Sophie and she arranged it for me! Best restaurants, taxis, etc, she knows it!
Breakfast was delicious, in-house laundry service was handy and done within a few hours, great location only a few minute walk to the souks which led to the heart of the Medina. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Comfortable, clean, and friendly environment. 10/10 recommend. We will be returning!

My husband and I loved our stay at Riad Kerdouss. Sophie and team were wonderful. The breakfasts were great and varied each morning. And Sophie even helped me out with finding a dentist!!
A kettle and small fridge in the room would have been really useful, and would have saved the staff from being bothered by me asking for hot water and ice!! Lucky for me they were always very accommodating :)

The breakfast was okay and prompt. The property was okay in terms of being clean. It had a cosy feel. The host responded promptly to requests.
I ordered dinner on the night of my arrival and felt it was too expensive. The location is far from the street. The host insisted on full payment on arrival at the property. This was in bad faith.
