The riad was very clean and cosy, and the staff were very friendly, especially Anas, who was excellent and extremely helpful.
The location of the riad is excellent and close to most of the major monuments.

the service and the hotel team was excellent. they were very helpful since the moment we arrived until the moment we left. they were very helpful. our room was also well situated.
The building and the maintance was quite old. The property needs renewal as soon as possible. The tiles and the stones are so old and so stainy that it gives a dirty look to the building which makes it difficult to understand if everything is clean or not. Also the towels are clean but old and has a grey look. Although they were probably clean, they are were so old looking and grey that you dont feel safe. Also, we were close to the main square but I cant say that it was the best location. We were in a business street. But I guess its difficult to find a good location in old marrakesh.
