Where convenience and high-end comfort meet, Elegance by the Sea. Elegance by the Sea boasts designer touches, yet functional space throughout the entire home. Between the Dining Room, Living Room, Front Room, Florida Room and to the paved Outdoor Patio, you will certainly find a cozy space to be nestled in during your time on this property. THE SPACE >Master Bedroom: New, king bed with a spacious Master Bathroom including shower, bath, and walk-in closet. >Guest Bedroom 1: New, queen bed with closet space - 42 inch smart TV. >Guest Bedroom 2: New, queen bed with closet space. -Guest Bedroom 3: New, queen bed with closet space. >Guest Bedroom 4: Two new, twin beds with closet space. >Front Room: New, queen sofa bed with memory foam from West Elm - 42 inch smart TV. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms have the essentials, so don’t worry about a thing - You are on vacation! As we are located at the beach, we will provide our guests with the Beach Essentials, beach towels, 12x beach chairs, beach umbrella, 4x boogie boards, and 4 sets of snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins - 2x Adult & 2x Child). The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. The Boating Club Public Boat Ramp is located 3-mins from the property. The driveway is boat trailer-friendly **(Contact us prior to bringing your boat for more details) ** GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire home. Smart lock on doors for easy check-in. Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in. We live right down the street, so if you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out! Welcome to the beach! No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem! PET FRIENDLY - Up to 2 dogs maximum, pet fee is $189.00 and will be charged separately after the booking is confirmed. You are responsible for any damage from your pet. All pets must be approved by host before check in. Please note that Airbnb does not automatically add the pet fee. We will manually add a pet fee of $189.00 after the booking is confirmed and it will need to be paid prior to your arrival. Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house. The property was perfect, it was clean spacious and lived up to our expectation. It was very close to the beach and the neighbourhood was lovely and the people friendly. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing holiday… and it was lovely to hear the sea from the garden. The only thing that would have made it even better would have been a fully secure back yard so my dog could have relaxed in the sun.

1. Bring: pot holders, extra kitchen towels (they provide 1) if u plan on cooking and the fireplace is off limits… other than that, perfect location for beach n St Augustine, spacious home and nice property managers.

This house was very clean & spacious! They left cute little flowers on the counter when we arrived! I love when the owners take time to do small details to make you feel welcomed! The house is in a perfect location. You are very close to the beach & just a short drive (~10/15 mins) to St. Augustine. We booked the house for a girls weekend & we all had enough room! There were 3 cute bedrooms and 1 large master room. The only downfall was there were only two bathrooms. We managed to make it work though! We would stay here again!

The house was great! Only thing we wished was better was the light switches be labeled, we couldn’t figure out how to get sound on the tv & there was no pot holders in the kitchen. Other than that the house was great & clean. The beach items in the garage were a huge plus too!

In town for a concert that was only 15min away. This property is so clean and beautiful inside. Hubby and I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the master and I'm telling....the beds...the combination of the two had us sleep better than we had in years! We totally recommend this place! You wont find a better stay.

This house is beautiful, perfect for a stay in St. Augustine. Everything about the property itself was great. We had a family emergency and needed to cancel one of our nights. After contacting and talking to property manager directly several times, we never heard back so the home sat vacant for one night. Disappointing managing company communication skills.

We had the best stay at this property. It is managed well. Home was absolutely beautiful one of the best rentals I have stayed in. Beds were so comfortable and lots of towels provided. My wife and I walked to to the beach everyday no problem. Vilano beach is much more relaxed and better sand than saint Augustine beach. Would definitely recommend!
