This level also features two queen bedrooms and a twin room with two single beds, along with a sleek main bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.



The first floor is the heart of the home, where sunlight streams through expansive windows, illuminating the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop, electric oven, family-sized dishwasher, and a spacious island bench, perfect for preparing delicious meals. A convenient powder room is also located on this level. Sliding doors open onto the large balcony with outdoor heaters in the winter, where you can fire up the built-in BBQ, dine alfresco, and take in the ocean views.

Parking: Please note there is only parking for two vehicles at this property. All vehicles must be parked within the property boundaries at all times and access can not be impeded for neighbouring properties.
