Emplacement près de l'arret de bus et des commerces Chambre moderne Douche italienne balneo

Chambre sans fenêtre : INCONSEVABLE car c'est la base d une chambre sinon on 'est un placard! On est oppressé et on ne peut pas aérer la chambre. Dans la chambre, on a la lumière du jour par un puits de lumière trop petit donc dans la journée on est à l'éclairage électrique tout le temps et la nuit on a les lumières de la rue. Il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain donc les serviettes de toilettes restent mouillées tout le séjour.

the owner was so lovely and accomodating. the accomodation was the perfect location, close to the bus stop and beach. the apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable.

Would recommend for heavy sleepers on a budget

Great location, good air-con, hosts were very responsive, much cheaper than other Praiano accommodation (but because there’s some obvious shortfalls)

There are no windows and the room is teeny tiny so it’s a bit claustrophobic. The only thing separating you from other guests is a very thin roller door, so you can hear your neighbours as if they’re IN your room.

This property exceeds expectations, is great!! Highly recommended for a long stay.

The location is great, if you rent a scooter even better. The property is clean, beautiful and very comfortable for 4 adults. It has space enough for everyone and it has one private room and one bathroom. Great for long stays. The owner was also very caring and she was always available for us.

The property shares a very little common space between 2 more rooms. Literally our door was right next to the next apartment so our neighbors were talking very loud and we had to knock their door to ask them to low the volume.

Exceptional

Beautifully and tastefully appointed apartment in the very centre of Praiano. Lots of space and although above the main street with the double glazed doors closed the apartment was quiet. The lighting in the place was amazing. The bed and bedding top notch. The kitchen was comprehensively appointed and there was even a basic stock of foods and spices. Our contact Rosella responded promptly and answered all our quieries. We were guided to and into the apartment without a hitch even though our estimated arrival time changed repeatedly.

Great stay in praiano!

The property was amazing. Right when we arrived, we were welcomed by Rosella who was amazing and gave us plenty of recommendations of where to go and what to do during our stay. The hosts were very responsive and answered very quickly whenever we had questions. They also set us up with a private driver from Naples to Praiano and it was seamless! The property is on one of the main roads and there are plenty of restaurants around. The apartment itself was super clean and they left us with breakfast, water, coffee, etc! Everything was perfect we would 10/10 recommend staying here.

Superb

The location is perfect. Praiano is in the middle of Amalfitan coast and the house is located very near the bus station, that allows one to go very easily to other places. It is very easy to find good places to eat and drink to see the sunset nearby. Room was very comfortable: good bed and towels. Shower was also very good. Rossela was very helpful and kind.

The room didn’t have windows and that was just a tiny problem because it was difficult to dry the bathroom, towels and clothes. They provided a dehumidifier that helped us to dry things.

Great location and modern apartment

The apartment is great. We stayed for 2 days and used it to visit Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. If you want to use it to as a summer get away and go to the beaches in Praiano it may not work as well. The apartment is conveniently located (100 m from a bus station) to go to touristic places. The apartment is located next to a few restaurants. The one next to the apartment is great. If you dont mind walking, there is a small beach about 200 steps below.

Every morning that I went out running and left my wife in the room, I had to coordinate with her what time I was coming back. There is no bell to let her know I was back from running and if I took the keys I either locked her in or leave the door unlooked.

Superb

The host was really helpful and helped with all problems you could think of. The apartment was clean and cozy. Mini fridge was a big plus. The bathroom had plenty of space and the shower was fun with a led-lights what made it feel atmospheric. The location was peaceful and comfortable and there was plenty of restaurants, couple different markets and the beach was close, although there were a lot of stairs to get there. The bus stop was also very close.

You could hear noices from the restaurant next door and there was no window in the room, but it didn't bother us.

Location was great because so central, hired a scooter 200m away and could go all over the coast from there

There's a kettle bit no coffee,tea or cups for it. Over the weekend the restaurant next door (good place and cheap) was very noisy

was very clean and great shower facilities. Host met us from the bus stop, great location.

the room we stayed in didn’t have any windows to the outside, the only window was a big one facing into the corridor. Therefore, whenever someone came into the corridor at night a big glaring light would come on. One night I had to leave the room 4 times between midnight and 3 am to turn off the corridor light (as you are unable to turn it off from the room we stayed in). This only seems the be the problem with the room we were in, maybe worth spending more to upgrade to a balcony room upstairs.

Proximity to everything in Praiano such as groceries, bus, and beach. Spacious and clean. Good working AC, large shower and comfortable accommodations. Minimal stairs.

View could have been better but we didn’t mind as we are never in the room.

Very good location & modern apartment

The location is right at the bus stop & the apartment is very modern which is nice, the view is nice too. I was surprised at how spacious it was, really great plus for me.

The walls are very thin and we had to ask the neighbours to keep it down as we could hear everything they were saying. I was welcomed by a 14 year old teenager and it wasn’t very helpful when I would’ve liked some restaurant recommendations/ tips on using the transport. The place is very nice and spacious but also very dusty and we found hair in the shower / bathroom.

Exceptional

Beautiful apartment in a great location, near enough to explore the entire Amalfi coast. Honestly, the photos do not make enough justice for this place… The flat itself was spacious, super clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Situated literally steps away from public transport and restaurants. The view from the balcony was truly magical. Our host, Gelsomina was very kind, her communication was fast, friendly and accurate. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Good location. Very close to restaurants and the bus stop. The host was helpful and really polite.

The room wasn’t clean. The wifi wasn’t working at all and we had no signal. There was mold on the ceiling and the water from the air conditioner was dripping in the room.

Lovely apartment to stay in the centre of Praiano

This is an excellent apartment to stay in right in the heart of Praiano. It has been newly refurbished to a high standard, everything felt new. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated in a modern style. All the facilities were good and worked perfectly, kitchenette, shower, bathroom, good air conditioning, and smart lighting system. There is a pleasant balcony overlooking the main road with a (partial) sea view. Gelsomina (the owner) was very helpful in giving us directions to the apartment and welcoming us, thank you. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice spot on the Amalfi coast.

Very spacious, clean and well equipped apartment with a balcony looking out toward Positano and Capri. Location was perfect for us with 2 beaches within walking distance, depending on your general level of fitness, and access along the coast was simple by bus, but go early to grab a seat. Mechy was a very patient and helpful host. Tip: When she offers to arrange a taxi from the airport, take it. We made our own way in, and it took us over two hours by public transport. We accepted her offer of a taxi back, as she was able to negotiate a slightly better rate for us, although nothing is cheap in the Amalfi, apart from buses.

The air conditioning was temperamental in one of the bedrooms, but it was mentioned to Mechy, and I'm confident it will be sorted anyway. But i'm being picky..the accommodation was perfect for us.

The towels were handed out very strangely, as if they were unwashed! the room beautiful, renovated! the walls were damp in no places! the bedroom door was a sliding door like an interior door! who was in the hallway could see our room through the keyhole! we had to put paper on the door so they would not see us from outside.
