Good last stay for airport access and spacious.

The house was very convenient for an early morning departure flight because it was about 7km from the airport and there is a petrol station a short distance away for that last top up. It had lots of space, was clean and in a quiet part of town.

Clean basic house close to airport is a bargain

Nice little house close to the airport for quick arrival. House was basic, but clean and family slept well. House is in a gritty area with warehouses, but hey, Iceland is sooo safe, not to be worried or put off!

Excellent choice for easy entry and exit from Iceland. Very close to the blue lagoon.

Nice accomodation, convenient location close to the airport. We came to Iceland to do the Ring Road, we stayed on our arrival night and last night. Great facilities, very clean, nice room size and location. They keep some left over shampoo, and cooking products left by other travellers, what can be very useful. It could be a great base if you are doing the South of Iceland or the Golden Route.

Good

Excellent location for a late arrival or early AM departure via Keflavik Airport. Big supermarkets will plenty of choices and relatively cheap fuel nearby. The apartment was a good size, clean and had all necessary amenities and toiletries.

Can look shabby from the outside but don't be fooled by appearances

A very pleasant stay . Good value for money homestay.

The amenities provided was very thoughtful from cooking to toiletry needs aspect for family or a group of friends planning to do a short vacation.

We were comfortable & the home was VERY a well situated for our airport departure.

This home is well cared for & in an exceptionally continent location for going to/from the airport.

To NO fault of the owner…the home is located in a mixed-use area that has a strong light industrial appearance that does not add value the esthetics of the area.

Very good

Proximity to the airport was great! Being in the water was very quiet and calm. The cool breeze and sound of the birds was very tranquil. Small area of town and a taxi ride away from wherever you need to go. Amount of space and beds was more than enough for our family of four. Host was very responsive and layout was just as advertised.

Plenty of outlets but no USB or C ports for charging devices. WiFi went in and out.

A comfortable stay

The apartment was large and very comfortable for two couples. We appreciated having both a sit-down kitchen and a living room to relax in. The linens were very clean and the single beds were comfortable.

The place could have been a little cleaner, especially the bathroom and kitchen. The stove didn't work - probably a fuse issue. We couldn't find the fuse box. We only stayed one night so it wasn't worth pursuing.

The unit was spacious. We were misled in the posting which said there were 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms plus a sof

The place was listed as 3 bedrooms but there were only two bedrooms. There was an uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room but there was no door on the living room. The water in the bathtub turns scalding hot after a few minutes. Another strange thing is that they leave the sheets for you to make your own bed.

Cottage near the airport

Located in a part of town that looks like a slum, but is actually very quiet despite it's location near the airport. Well equiped and spacious.

We had to make our own beds, but that doesn't take much time so that's okay.

house not far from the airport (we arrived in the middle of the night) and next to the sea clean, dish washer, washing machine

A budget yet cosy Family apartment close to the airport

Cosy apartment, with good beds, and home feel decor. The landlady was very welcoming. It was handy having a washing machine and a little space for the family. Good place to end our trip with close proximity to airport.

The location was right next to a warehouse, although next to the sea. Yes, it's not far from the airport, and yes the walk along the sea is cool, but the area immediately outside the front door felt like an industrial estate.
