Clean, spacious, great location and met all expectations.
The staff are wildly unprofessional. Had an issue with checking in, the person on the other end of the phone said I don’t speak English, hung up and then refused to answer any further calls. If it wasn’t for the guests also struggling to check in with us being Czech and able to communicate, but we had planned on them speaking on my phone, until he wouldn’t answer then they called on theirs and he did. Absurd to be honest.

Was a difficult location to find. On the edge between an active urban neighborhood and the charming historic center. A 10-minute walk to town center
