Sehr angenehmer und netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, alles unkompliziert. Schön und sinnvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr geräumig, viele Steckdosen und Lampen. Gut ausgestattete Küche, viel Arbeitsfläche in der Küche. Aus allen Zimmern Blick auf das Meer. Stadtkern gut fußläufig erreichbar, allerdings mit Steigung. Ausreichend Parkplätze, die man als Mieter kostenfrei nutzen kann (Parkkarte gehört zur Wohnung).
Manchmal etwas Gesprächslärm aus dem unter der Wohnung liegenden Restaurant. Aber Fenster der Wohnung sind gut geräuschdämmend.

No tiene aire acondicionado, con sol todo el día imposible de estar y no puedes abrir ventanas porque sube el olor de las frituras de la taberna dé abajo
