Very local, easy to get anywhere while not being in the middle of city centre. Clean and modern inside
Even though it’s not in the middle of the city, it is still very noisy. You can hear everything through the roof and walls inside, while also being disturbed by cars and pedestrians outside the windows.

The Hotel within walking distance of the city centre and most sights such as the cathedral, botanical garden, museum and central train and bus stations. Communication from the staff was excellent with very clear instructions regarding check-in, accessing keys, laundry facilities, garbage disposal and check out.

Location was excellent, 10 min walk along the beautiful waterside & park to the main centre quare & shops and 2 mins to cafes & bars. Alexandra was very profesdionsl and easy to deal with. Excellent communicatio and on hand for any queries regarding transport from the airport & keys etc.
The ceiling was very low in the loft & narrow spiral staircase

Clean and good facilities for cooking and storing food. Lots of space in our rooms for our luggage.
Room can get quite warm, I didnt see the controls for the aircon which was quite high up and was very loud. The hotel is a bit far from any convenience store, and it's a bit of a walk from public transport.
