The location was perfect. I was able to find the hotel with no issues. It was within good walking distance of Hakata Station.
There was not anything notable that I didn't like.

I don’t know - I’ve stayed here 6 times in total now? The question becomes why? I’d probably have to answer that it’s due to consistency. The staff, the cleanliness; very reliable. One stay isn’t different from the next because the cleaners missed something, or there was a different staff member at the front desk, if this time I am room 412 instead of 812 - it’s just very, very reliable and that’s important to me.
If i need to nitpick something, it’s the elevator for me. It’s very hot in Japan right now and the elevator wait time can be a little slow at times, so by the time I get to the lobby I am already hot.
Oh also, please update the video that auto plays on the tv. It’s been the same for over two years.
