Breakfast is disappointing - it served exactly the same breakfast the whole time we were there - five days in a row - the same breakfast.

little bit dirty at the elevator mat and toilet washlet was little bit hard to use

Location is very good, very near Hakata station. Room is spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast seating area not conducive as baggage storage area is next to it. Lobby looks messy. Room furniture is old. Bedframe is torn. Some parts of wall broken. Housekeeping standard to be improved to remove trash daily.
