Very glad with the central location. It's literally within 5 minutes of walking from the train station. Free coffee in the lobby, and a bunch of drinks and snack available for purchase.
While checking in, the staff member who helped me was still being trained. There was no lack of kindness, but there was a lack of skill. Nevertheless, I could check in without issue.

Would of course prefer if room was larger but this is a very standard single room size in the heart of a big city in japan. Nothing to complain about for the price and location

Perfect location right in front of East side of Hakata station. standard small Japanese business hotel
Cleaning should be done more carefully. Shower coat smells bad and bathroom had some broken tiles
