i love the fact that the hotel provides a machine for us to vacuum our clothes to make our packing much easier and also giving us more space in the luggage. there are coffee, wine, sake, pop corns, chips and udon served nightly at level 5 garden for guests. what a treat!
the hotel is so well located next to the bus station and airport transfer so we can take airport transfer easily from international airport directly without the fuss. taxi is also easily available for morning flights for those who dont want to take the airport transfer.
overall a very comfortable and clean stay!!

Great location, easy access to subway, JR station and bus terminal. Breakfast was pretty good, however, quality has declined when compared with my last visit, a bit disappointed.

The room was rather small, and the mattress was soft at the edges. Food and service were excellent. Oriental Hotel Fukuoka Hakata Station provides guests with free drinks, including sake and wine in the evening, and cold soba late at night. Several of the staff were proficient in English.
The location is another plus. The hotel is very near the drop off point for the Airport to Hakata Station bus, and is connected to the Hakata
