So close to Hakata Station. There were rooms for 3 people and non smoking floors. The beds and bedding were comfortable and you could make the room as cold as you want. Good lighting in the room and the black out curtains really do their job. They provided a bottle water aroma wipe everyday along with hot tea and coffee if you wanted to make in your room. The hotel and rooms were clean. We were in a smoking room and could barely tell. The staff is friendly and professional and some knew English. They work hard to make your stay a pleasant one. Breakfast option available and you can switch it up by going to the Annex for breakfast.
Being an American I would have enjoyed a larger size room, but it worked fine.

a strategic location which walking distance to Hakata Station
hotel rules can be more lenient where helping customer to look after luggage after check out, and put some sofa /stools at lobby.

Great location. Just about 2 min walk from Hakata station.
There was hair all over the floor when we checked in. Asked the staff to clean the room again and half of the hair we saw was still there. We eventually gave up.
