The owner Mark was very nice. The condo was very clean. Extremely close to the beach probably 50 steps. They had it stocked with all the necessities.
It said ocean view and there was a small window you could look out and see the path to the beach

The location was amazing. Literally steps away from the beach path. I was nervous since this appears to be an old motel that it would smell or be rundown. Total opposite. Everything was fresh and very clean. The patio furniture was the best out of all the units there. Coffee, tea, sugar were available which was much appreciated!
The shower was very small. It worked and the water was very hot. I'm 5'2 and I didn't have much room to turn around.

Fantastic location. Did not need to rush out and shop for toilet paper, dish detergent etc. even coffee was provided. Compact, clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding. Plenty of hot water!
No outdoor facilities like barbecue or area where to socialize with friends or family.

The room was close enough to the beach. It was easy to reach management when we needed to get in and he ensured we got more towels when we requested. Like how there was disinfectant wipes along with Lysol to ensure that we could sanitize the room ourself.
The internet and has WiFi did not work. There was only one set of towels available in the room for three nights. Noticed that the air conditioner vents were full of dust and wiped off the air conditioner to ensure the dust did not blow in room with the sanitizing products
