The location was perfect for visiting the football stadium which is about a 1 minute walk away. The City centre is about a 20 minute walk and very easy to get to. There is a supermarket and excellent local bakeries and other places to eat nearby. The room and apartment were spotless and the welcome from the staff was excellent. Fabrizio was in touch a day before I arrived and was made very welcome and would definitely stay with them again.:)
I wouldn't change anything, the stay was great value.:)

Fabrizio che ci ha accolto fuori orario rispetto al consueto previsto dal b&b, e la sua ragazza sono stati cordialissimi, oltremodo gentili e super disponibili. Dal canto suo la struttura è confortevole e ben organizzata. Se dovessi tornare a Catania sceglierei sicuramente loro.

The room is big and very clean!
The wifi is good
The owner was nice and welcoming.
The place is kinda new and the price is good
The bathroom is shared with 2/3 rooms it is either that written somewhere or not.
Location is far
Noise insulation is terrible you hear everything!
Be careful of football matches night when you book
