A beautiful house very close to Pakington st. We stayed here as we were attending a graduation at Deakin, perfect locati

We particularly loved the ducted air conditioning when we arrived on a 41 degree day and the house was so cool.

Nothing, it was perfect.

I like the cottage and will be back next time.

The cottage is beautifully decorated with facilities that we need. It’s location is near the waterfront and restaurants.

The parking area cannot be guaranteed. A car parks outside the cottage when we go back after shopping. Luckily, the car driver is still inside the car so we can ask her to leave the parking area for us.

Lovely home with many good appointments. Host was very welcoming and provided some basics & treats

Great indoor outdoor set up, also great to have two bathrooms / toilets with 4 people staying. Appreciated havng TV in bedrooms. Location was handy to shops etc but street was busy and builders next door parked over the driveway ( I understand this will be a temporary issue)

Needed more information re operation of heating and Television

Pure luxury in a very beautiful 1880’s cottage with all modern conveniences

The house is immaculately presented. It is so beautiful and stylish with quality furnishings and everything you might need has been thought of. Close to Pakington street and a very good deli/green grocers for all the food you could want and many lovely cafes etc along with many gorgeous shops as well. We were sad to stay only two nights - the bedrooms were so luxurious!

Everything was wonderful - the photos on website look fabulous but it is even more beautiful to experience.

Generally happy but no wardrobes and bathroom benches made things hard for 5 adults!

Location and Cleanliness!

Lack of bench space in bathroomsno wardrobes and no shelves in showers! Parking was very tight.

Enjoyable and very relaxing.

Location was excellent, close walking distance to Cafes, restaurants, shops etc, Beautiful relaxing garden. Comfortable lounge and beds were very comfy, 2 bathrooms was great. Beautifully decorated and extra blankets if needed. We also appreciated the big mirror in the bedroom. We would definitely recommend staying here. Hosts communication was excellent as well. Spoilt with treats upon arrival, spoilt with Netflix as well.

Really enjoyed our stay as such a lovely property.

Love the decor, very calm and tasteful. Deck area great for an evening drink.

Not great for walking frames etc as split levels and bathroom access tight.

Super cosy cottage right in the heart of Geelong

Our family enjoyed our time here immensely and especially appreciated all of the small, thoughtful details and special touches throughout the house that made our stay so wonderful. Super cosy in a fantastic area, equipped with everything that we could possibly need and more!
