Spacious room with good amenities. Serviced every morning. Clean and well maintained. Very central and close to all the culture and historical sites. Staff were proactive in checking with us that everything was OK

The location overlooking the square is hard to beat. The room itself gives a very strong positive impression. The shower was extremely welcome in the hot weather.
Unfortunately, the sink was blocked ( looked like a previous guest may have cut their hair and attempted to wash it down the sink ?? ) and some of the sockets didn't work. Both were solved, so underpinned the good service. .. but it would have been nicer not to have to ask really.
I would also mention access. Access is from the rear, through a metal door. Watch your fingers when turning the key and opening it .. similarly when leaving the handle is oddly shaped and door heavy, so some care is required. Stairs to a mezzanine are unavoidable, but then lift is available to 3F, where the rooms are located.
The lift bounces somewhat, but didn't jam or break during our visit.

The location is brilliant, right in the heart of the old town. Getting to tourist spots, shops and bars was just a short walk and there was always a great atmosphere in the piazza.
The bed was rock hard and I woke with a bad back every morning and dreaded getting in it at night. The room was very dusty, I mean VERY dusty. There was a table and two hard chairs but no chair to relax in.
