Perfect studio flat for 2 travellers.
Well located right in the city centre surrounded by good restaurants and high end shops.
The apartment is on the third floor accessed a lift from first floor, the ground floor to first floor lift was not working so lots of stairs to carry luggage up.

Due to location can be noisy ( plaza cleaning at 5am)

Brilliant location, spacious, well lit beautifully styled stairway. Two air con units. Bathroom has nice character and is very functional. Included kitchen fundamentals was appreciated.
Bedroom air con provided very little power, not sure if this is purposeful, was still keeping the room cold, I just would have appreciated more power after being in such a warm climate. Think a fan would be an effective resolution to provide circulation and breeze.
The balcony was in the rear of the property and offered no real functional use, there was a smell of gas when the door was open which was quite strong. This wouldn’t put me off staying here again, as the rest of the stay was great!
I couldn’t locate the extractor fan switch for the bathroom.

Super Lage um die Ecke der Piazza Erbe, Appartement hat alles, was wichtig ist. Küche gut eingerichtet mit Espressokanne für gemahlenen Kaffee, Geschirr, Weingläsern, guten Messern. Schickes Bad mit rutschfestem Duschboden. Kommunikation erst schleppend, dann aber prima! Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte - alles tippitoppi.
Leider kein Balkon (den hat offenbar das Nachbarappartement), der untere Aufzug in den ersten Stock war kaputt, schlecht für Gehbehinderte wie meinen Mann. Zum Glück ging der zweite Lift, der uns bis in den dritten Stock beförderte. Spätabends noch Remmidemmi in der Altstadt, kann auch um 2 Uhr noch laut sein.
