Similar to other posts, the hotel is very well located, close to the train which is so easy to take to Venice. The price was the lowest of our 3 week Europe trip and includes a nice breakfast. There is a small fridge in the room with free water and the room has a kettle. There are many restaurants nearby. Parking for us was outside and appreciated plus it was free.
In the bathroom, the bath and sink had no plug.

Ideal for our one night stay on a mini-Italian tour. Rooms and breakfast were good with lovely helpful staff. Easy access for a train into Venice and quiet surrounding area. Car park you can access too (steep turns!)

Location, perfect. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful.
Poor rooms, heating in the room was very very bad, shower was without pressure.
