Location is nearby Siam park/mall and popular beaches. The apartment is well equipped with plenty of towels and all essential electrical appliances. The apartment is clean and sofa / beds are comfortable.
Car park spaces are very tight (needs an expert driver), the garage door is electric/remotely operated but sometimes not very easily controlled, and on many occasions could not find an empty bay to park if arriving late at night.
No air conditioning in the bedrooms, poor ventilation in the bathrooms and coffee machine missing a part.
The light switch in the ground floor bedroom was missing its plastic cover and had only been covered with tape, which is a potential electrical safety hazard, especially for families with young children. It should be properly covered for the safety of guests.
We were unlucky to have an electric fault with the ground floor bedroom and it took nearly one and a half day to get it repaired and had to spend this time without electricity in the room!

The apartment exceeded expectations. It was very well equipped, lots of stuff we weren’t expecting.
The roof terrace was lovely and the rear balcony was perfect for sitting out in the afternoon or even the early hours of the morning.
The pool area was great and the whole complex was very well looked after.
The arrival information was most helpful and the host checked that everything was alright. Thanks for that.

Prima locatie, boulevard is op loop afstand. Prima zwembad, waar het nooit druk was. Eigenaar is goed online bereikbaar voor vragen. We kwamen rond 11 uur aan en dat was ook geen enkel probleem, we konden gewoon de sleutel al krijgen. Huis was schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. De bedden waren netjes opgemaakt en er waren voldoende handdoeken en badlakens beschikbaar. Privé parkeerplaats was wat krap maar er was wel altijd een plekje te vinden.
Wij waren met een gezin van 4 en dat is prima voor de ruimte, maar ik zie niet hoe je hier met 6 personen zou kunnen verblijven.

Good location, walking distance to the beach. Plenty of space in the apartment, decent kitchen utensils.
The owner was always in touch, responded promptly and tried to immediately resolve any issues that arose.
Upon arrival, a pleasant compliment from the owner awaited us.
The apartment definitely needs a major renovation.
All the furniture is very old, the bed linen also looks old, the plaster is peeling off the walls, the toilet upstairs was constantly out of order, even though it was repaired several times.
The awning on the upper balcony is too low, making it awkward to stand under. When folded, it blocks access to the toilet, which didn't actually work anyway.
The shower in the bathroom is held on with tape, and the room was constantly infested with tiny flies. The owner said this is a typical problem for the Canary Islands, but we vacation here all the time, and this is the first time we've encountered such a problem.
I think the price is overpriced for the condition of this apartment. The only saving grace is the location and the friendliness and politeness of the owners and staff.
