Great location. Modern apartment. The view on the sea is great from the terrace, which we enjoyed over breakfast and dinners. There is on-site parking (although limited number of spots and first come first serve...). Dominique greeted us, explained how everything worked, and was really responsive every time we had questions (over phone). THank you so much, Dominique. We hope to come back soon!
The AC makes noise every 5-10sec. It is obviously not an issue during the day, but if you plan on keeping the A/C on at night, it makes it tough to sleep.

We loved everything about this property: the location, the space, the view, the beds, and the outdoor area. Our host, Dominique, warmly welcomed us, and check-in was quick and smooth.
We enjoyed a four-night stay in this apartment as a family of four and would love to book it again in the future, especially because of its perfect location in the heart of the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Villefranche-sur-Mer, and Beaulieu-sur-Mer area.

Clean great location. We were delayed 10 hrs and didn't get to the property till 2 am. Dominic was kind enough to wait for us he answered any questions we had and gave us great advice on surrounding local cafes. We were very grateful. Thanknyou Dominic.

We had a great stay at this apartment for 4 nights. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the apartment felt welcoming and well maintained. Very close to the beach. Parking is also available. Communication was smooth and everything went as expected. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. C
