Fabulous location! Balcony had lovely view over the courtyard and water views of Mediterranean and port. You can easily walk to several beaches in Cap Ferrat, and all of the restaurants and shops at the port are very close by. The living area is quite spacious, and we loved the convenience of the washing machine. Underground parking was key. We very much enjoyed our month-long stay, and look forward to staying there in the future. Christophe is a fabulous host with great communication!

Excellent location and communication with the owner. It is close to the bus stop, restaurants and the pharmacy. The closes beach is 5’ walk. The terrace is amazing as you have the shade all day long. The furniture is a bit older but it makes the charm of the apartment. All in all great the only thing I would change would be the bed as a bit old and small for us.

This apartment is conveniently located next to the main village of St Jean and the property manager was highly responsive and helpful. While a bit dated the apartment is. Lean and functional.
