Very friendly host. Quiet - no traffic noise. Other guests nice and respectful. Fullsome breakfast. Parking good on site. Easy walk to cafes, bars etc. Good shower volume/pressure. Plenty of storage. Practical, not fussy.
The hallway radiators were on - so it was very hot even with the fan I was provided with on. Breakfast was very early indeed - 6.30-7.45am, probably excellent for some! Tray and around it in room not cleaned. Some things in room getting tired.

The breakfast was excellent, thank-you Martin. Also, thank-you for the upgrade from single to double and for helping me charge my EV.
The quality of furnishings in the room was a little old and tired but functional.
