The apartment looks almost quite new, located in the center of Perea and on the beach. Many restaurants, tavernas and cake shops are near and shops too. So we didn't have to use our car during our 14 days holiday.
We were particularly impressed by exceptional service: the managment and cleaning service. The maid, Olga, every day cleaned our apartment, changed the towels and provided beach towels, too.
And last but not least, the management provided all the necessary information and assistance promptly, when needed.

I like the apartment, very close to the beach and restoran. We need to pay for each bed on the beach 3.00 euros every day, but some days we need to go to another place because they don't have enough beds. Nobody cares that you are customers from VIP apartments.

Spacious with plenty of modern amenities . The kitchen area was compact but with everything you’d need for a short stay. The shower was great, and the bed was comfortable.
Internet could have been a little faster, and the TV didn’t have many options.

Proximity to the ocean and local life was great!
We felt the room itself was unsafe- especially for a family with small children.
We were settling in for our first night in the room when my 4-yr old son opened the closet door which somehow fell off the base and onto the floor. It had a very larg mirror that came off and cut my 2-yr old daughter’s toes. If the mirror had actually shattered (and it was an absolute miracle that it didn’t), she wouldv’e been seriously injured or worse as she was sitting on the floor directly under the mirror when it fell.
