- the location is close to Tram station
- the boss is very friendly and own the restaurant downstairs
- we had the family room, we like the balcony (but it was too cold for us during winter)
- the hot water and bathroom is perfect! There’s great heater in the toilet and always keep the toilet warm especially after shower in winter!
- it would be great if there’s mini kitchen available (or a microwave provided)

The location was well situated for ease of access to malls, shops, site seeing and public transportation.
Street parking was a bit difficult as parking was on a two hour limit at a time. Got lucky and was able to park right at the door to the place and the parking meter was very close by.

Not sure why so highly rated. Good cafe for breakfast opposite. Handy for tram.Citt
Steep 2 storey steps to room, no lift. Problems with air conditioning, curtains didn't close.
