The director of LaPlaya asked for €3 as a tax. I said I had already paid everything, including all taxes, but he insisted and didn't give me any receipt
it was really so primitive action, at the early beginning , I know the 3 euros are not too much but the principle is really not acceptable. I mean, taking money from me and treating me as if I am ignorant.

Lovely hotel, the pool and facilities were brilliant and staff were amazing.

Staff were great and pool was good. Good restaurant downstairs who were really lovely
Room was not clean on our arrival, delayed checkin, told to check out early with no notice. Also no house cleaning even when asked twice. Toilet didn’t flush properly and shower was a state.
