Unpleasant stay due to the moldy smell, poor hygiene and cheap amenities, despite great location.

Location was great- beachfront with fantastic view. Parking was close to the building and adequate. kitchen is functional. Boardgames and novels as with all beach accomodation. Bedrooms are okay.

Strong smell of mold upon entry is immediately overwhelming. Washer and dryer behind a slatted door immediately adjacent to the front door- has to be closed to access the door- clearly the source of the mold. No hot water- the hot water heater switch was off. Multiple small hairs in the shower and on the tiles- unacceptable as the shower is handheld. Toothpaste splatters all over the ensuite basin faucet. The air fryer is dirty. Other appliances dusty. Cheapest toilet paper ever, yet numerous rolls of almost-finished luxury toilet paper on the bathroom vanity. Offensive to be honest. Opportunistic high rates due to spring break, but absolutely no effort put in to justify the cost, except for a fancy arrangement of kitchen towels and bath towels on the bed. Requested a refund for the night to allow us to move to another location due to two guests' asthma, but the request was ignored, although I emphasized the health hazard to the both the leasing agent and owner.

Amazing view right on the beach with plenty of parking

Master bedroom shower had no hot water. We used it 4 times taking showers (lasting at least 15min) and still no hot water. Plumber didn't come until after we checked out of course they "found nothing wrong".
