The apartment is in an excellent location. Both the nearest beach and the city center are within walking distance, and there's a grocery store nearby.
The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay. The host is very kind, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions.
We originally booked the apartment for just two nights and then moved to the city center, which turned out to be a mistake. We should have stayed here for our entire trip.
Highly recommended!
