This was a huge let down for my family. The pictures on the website where not current. The staff was unable helpful, until I said I was leaving. I ask specific questions at booking and nothing was as stated! I will not book or recommend this group or that cabin...ever!

Upon our arrival, our door code would not work, we had to wait 30 minutes (with 15 teenages) for someone to come open the door. The alarm would not work, when we tried to set it to stay, so if an outside door opened it would sound, it would randomly sound even though a door was not opened. The kitchen sink was cracked all the way through, also the side with the trash compactor was broken and clogged, so not only would the water not drain, it leaked under the sink for 5 days. Someone did come on the 2nd day to try and repair but it did not work. So each time we used the sink (which was alot) we had to spend time cleaning up water that would leak from beneath the sink. I will definitely not stay again unless there are repairs made to these cabins.
