CONS....Condo in need of updates. Sofa had visible plywood under the cushions to keep you from sinking down. The tv was old tube type. Bath tub in left side b/r was barely draining. Took 30 min to drain. Very dark outside getting to your condo. No lights on balcony or the steps you climb to get to your condo. Recreation area was opened late and closed early, and bathroom floors were dirty( could use a scrubbing).
PROS....very nice condo, beautiful wooden floors and walls. A/C perfect. Very clean for the most part. 5 min drive to Pigeon Forge. Horseback riding just down the road.

The neighbors upstairs very noisy all night long. Sounded like a herd of cattle even at 1am in the morning. It never stopped.

We were disappointed with our rental because we were suppose to have a hot tub. The listing on flip key has a picture and description of the Condo. The condos definitely need updating . We had one small older tv in the living room it wouldn't switch to the right input to watch the dvd's we rented. Maintence came and. could not get to work either. The maintenance crew were really nice and came to our condo soon after we called. Also your laundry room is shared with the Condo next door which also was not disclosed. Our lock was broke on our door I had to call maintenance to come fix it and they did . I also reported that this unit has roaches in the kitchen . The front desk said they would make sure it was taking care of . Unfortunately we had all this on our Family vacation. This place could be very nice with updating hopefully they do it soon.
