Look no farther, this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on over 3 acres has stunning views of Canyon Lake! Over 400 feet of shared waterfront! Spectacular view from almost every room in the house. Spend your afternoons on the spacious porch with roll down solar shades and let your cares float away. There is also a screened in porch. Take a walk down to the water for a dip. You can also tie up a boat or tubes to the trees on the water's edge. This home is ideal for family gathering or any group looking to have a wonderful time on the picturesque shores. There is a cottage next to the main house that may be rented out during your stay. It can accommodate 6 guests. This cottage shares the lake front access. Rent the house by itself or rent both to sleep 16 people. In the cozy living room, you will be greeted with stunning views of the lake. It is a great place to relax after a long day on the water! The open dining room and kitchen also offer another opportunity to soak in the scenery! There is a second dining space as well with a full size sofa sleeper (best for the little ones) the owners have added a stand up Galaga arcade game . Right off the kitchen there is a 'mud room' with a washer and dryer, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a King size bed and an attached bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. A private balcony, off the master suite, is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the magnificent sites. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size bed as well. The third bedroom also has a full size bed and a twin size bed. There is a guest bathroom located conveniently to the second and third bedroom. All bedrooms have a lake view. This home is perfect for groups that are wanting to get away from the rowdy crowds as it is in a residential area. You can relax at the lake while still being close to great tubing excursions and other area attractions! This home can accommodate 10. There are beds for 10 guests, however you are welcome to bring an air mattress for 2 additional guests max. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 4-5 vehicles at this property. This house is a 10 minute drive to tube the Guadalupe River at Sattler and 15-20 away from Historic Gruene, the famous Gristmill restaurant and Schlitterbahn water park. If you're looking for a good tube outfitter, check out Shanty Tubes which is only about 7 miles from the house! Cranes Mill Marina is located only 8.6 miles from the house. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. The view was beautiful. The walk down to the water was a bit difficult. It was steep and slippery (due to rocks sliding under your feet). We loved drinking coffee on the porch each day and loved seeing all of the deer. Overall, it was a great experience. There were a few items that I did not like. The owners or management company makes the guest bring heavy garbage cans up the very long drive way and you have to roll it up a very big hill up to the road, or they charge you $50. They do not disclose this anywhere. This was a major problem for us because it was all women. For the amount of money they are charging to stay there, they should not be requiring guests to do that. Also, the carpet on the stairs and upstairs was horrible and needs to be replaced. Again, for the amount they are charging, you would not expect the carpet to be in such bad shape. The master room was beautiful and was set up very nice. The guest rooms looked like they had old, beds from a garage sale, none of which matched. The views were amazing, and this place could be incredible, if they put some work into it.

Spacious enough for the family of two- 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Large backyard patio with a great view of the lake. Plenty of deer sighting on and around the property was a delight.

Great location right on the lake, the easy access from the lake to the house made this rental perfect for our group. We were able to anchor our boat right at the house and didn't have to worry about having to pull it in and out of the water. The wildlife was amazing, the deer eat right out of your hand. We totally enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

It was a great visit, only flaw was the screened in room with the ping pong table did not have any working lights in there and could not use it very much since most of the day was spent at the lake. That was not good with the kiddos.

The most amazing time in Texas!

This property is amazing. It was more than we expected as we drove up. The house is spacious inside and is decorated beautifully. We felt at home there and can't wait to go back again! It was clean and everything was in order and ready for our arrival. The lake is incredibly beautiful and the water is clear just like the pictures. We were able to visit San Antonio and the Alamo one day with our kids. We also recommend taking the Canyon Gorge tour. It gave a great history of the area and the lake which made being there even more special. There is access to a number of nice restaurants. We recommend dining at the Gristmill in Gruene. We recommend this as a vacation rental for anyone who needs a relaxing and peaceful place to stay.

A wonderful weekend

A wonderful weekend

My family wanted a lake getaway for a weekend and found Endless Tranquility. It was our first time to Canyon Lake and we absolutely loved it. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still enjoyed the house, views, amenities, and time away.

The pluses:
- VERY comfortable for 6 of us
- The house was perfect and very functional
- The house and lake were easy to access
- Views are amazing
- The house, while a bit dated, has a ton of charm
- Stove, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, microwave - All major and small appliances are there

The Opportunity:
- Kitchen is not well stocked regarding pots and pans, cookie sheets, etc... it was tough to cook a meal for 6 without having to do it in phases (1 skillet as an example)
- This is very easy to fix and I'm confident the owners and rental company will address - they were VERY available throughout our stay.

To sum up - We left wanting to stay longer, and will definitely return. It was a fun and relaxing weekend.

This was our first vacation experience in Texas, and we were absolutely stunned by the beauty of "Endless Tranquility". The name fits perfectly and our family really enjoyed the location. The house was terrific, clean, well appointed and you could tell the owners really care. It was like having our own little Caribbean island resort and a perfect location for visiting nearby wineries, etc. We're planning on renting this amazing mini resort for an upcoming wedding in 2019, and we can't wait to visit again !!! Truly a sparkling gem in the Lone Star State :)
