The Master Bedroom has new furniture including a King Size bed, a DVD player, a flat screen HDTV, a makeup vanity, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom is private to the bedroom and has a tiled vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a flat screen HDTV. The Guest Bathroom, which can be accessed from the Guest Bedroom or the hallway, has a tiled vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. Perhaps the best seat in the house lies on the balcony. The Balcony complete with new decking is home to a new outside dining table set for four guests and two lounging chairs perfect for sun bathing. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the emerald green waters that reside in the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is on the beach, and is a minute walk through the sand to the water. Amenities include FREE SEASONAL BEACH SERVICE, a washer and dryer inside the condo, and wireless internet access. A dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
