Arrival is easy, communication by the property manager is excellent. Unit is in a great, oceanfront location with a nice beach just steps away. The unit is fully outfitted including beach chairs and cooler! Appliances are newer, but the unit is very dated and a bit shabby. There are broken floor tiles and grout in the upstairs bathroom. The kitchen counter tile grout is stained so looks dirty. All the wood trim on the counters needs to be refinished. We like the convenience of the nearby shopping center and town in a quick 15 minute drive. Overall we would recommend with caveats.

Our stay at #3 was delightful and unforgettable! The unit had beach chairs, towels and toys to fully enjoy the beach. Excellent communication from management was great. The closeness to the beach, views of the surf and great snorkeling right outside the door!
