Main shower upstairs was not working - host sent a plumber to fix but only worked for him - it was broken later
House listing says there was hairdryer and there was none so we had to buy one locally
House listing said coffee making facility but there was none so we had to buy a coffee press

The length of time it took to gain access to the property. It was not at the address indicated.
Additionally, the shower in the two upstairs bathrooms did not work.
Furthermore, I was not told that access involved a time consuming process of providing a security deposit.
