Central, spacious Apartment

Overall very happy with our stay. Apartment was very central and parking was provided in the underground car park. Very clean and spacious.

Great location for a short stay

Great location, good sized apartments, with large bathrooms. comfortable beds. free underground parking was a bonus.

Little bit difficult to get the keys, only for a lady standing outside we wouldn't know where to go. Also car parking a little confusing as you can't get in until you have the key. The lift was very small and slow.

Was a charge for all goodies on the table , I understand about the wine and drinks but some tea biscuits should be complimentary in my opinion

When I return to Galway, I will return to Western Citypoint Apartments, too.

We were completely satisfied with Western Citypoint Apartments. They are ideally located in Eyre Square, central to shops, restaurants, tours, and everything that Galway offers. We had a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. It was spacious, very clean and fully equipped. The furniture was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great place!

I liked everything about Western Citypoint Apartments.

A great spot to stay on our travels. We will definitely stay on a return visit and recommend to others

Well appointed spacious and equipped. We did have a terrace too which gave the feeling of more space. Great views. Very comfortable. Great parking

Unfortunately there was a problem with the lift but was remedied within a day but would have made the stay impossible for anyone with any disability. Would have liked access to USB point on tv. Dishwasher didn’t wash clean and bedroom door (presumably a fire door) didn’t close which we reported.

Cozy convenient beautiful place for friend vacation

The apartment was very cozy and it had everything you need from toiletries to coffe. It was conveniently close to the city Center and very clean.

The fact that I couldn’t stay more because of work sadly

Good location, parking and view.

Location is amazing, and the apartment was clean and warm. Access is very easy and the dedicated parking is a nice extra. The staff were excellent.

The apartment could do with more glasses and utensils. Furniture on the balcony would be a nice touch but there's little to complain about with these apartments.

Nice place to stay for a couple close to everything you would like to experience in a city

good location within city. close to everything you need. Very spacious and comfortable place to stay.

Neighbors were very rude and noisy even after midnight.

Enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Location was close for walking everywhere. Also close to transit when we needed. The bonus was having laundry in apartment. Had plenty of space to spread out.

Parking to check in. Although parking included a spot in underground garage, to check in you have to park on a side street to retrieve keys.

Unfortunately inconsistent

Location, layout of rooms, view, well stocked.

No air ventilation in bedrooms. AC is limited to living room with no flow to bedrooms. Bedroom windows can not be left open as they open onto a common patio. Staff was dismissory. Noisy apartment. Far less pleasant than our previous stay here.

Some highs, some lows. I wouldn't repeat.

Clean, light, city centre apartment with stunning roof garden available.

Agonizing noise (for hearing aids) of chairs scraping on marble/stone tiles in main kitchen/diner. No sound suppression at all. Most uncomfortable. Impossible for anyone to sit down on a dining chair without making a loud noise. Could be resolved with a few Euros spent on 12 x rubber pads. Tea or coffee available, but any other drinks or snacks were very pricey items for sale! We've stayed in dozens of places throughout Europe, this was the least welcoming. Parking to collect keys is fiddly.

Clean, nice location, good parking, good value. Drying clothes was a small issue.

The washer/dryer did not dry our clothes and the manual was missing so we looked it up online. A drying rack would have helped. Our solution was to dry them at the Revolution Laundry machines at Galway Shopping Centre.

We won’t be staying again.

The location was great, and roomy for people travelling together who don’t want to be cooped up in a hotel room.

They informed us an hour after we checked in that they had assigned us the wrong apartment and that we had to move. We had already unpacked and put a load of washing into the machine. This was very unprofessional. Some of the items in the mini-bar had already been opened and used. There was what appeared to be human faeces and a used sanitary pad at the entrance to the building. This was there for our whole stay and was very unpleasant to see when we were entering and exiting the building. We won’t be staying again.

not a lot to be fair, it wasn’t very clean, very dated, not a lot of comfort, for a self catering apartment it had hardly anything in it. in fact, we left and drove to Ennis.

Location and staff were superb!!!

The location was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and the amenities were great.

You are exposed to the weather after you get out of the lift. The was a few disturbances on the first night and had the weather not been so poor it would have affected our trip because our 4 year old was constantly woken by the sound. I also didn’t like that check in was down the road, after we checked in at another property we had to try find where we were actually staying, that’s was some job.

Breakfast good and servers excellent. Apartment lived up to promo, and exceeded expectations.
