Loved the location and the fact the apartment has a balcony. Loved the little extras which were provided, from toiletries and coffee to peanuts and sweets. The fact it was a top floor apartment hurt my knees but was worth the climb as it meant it was quiet, no slamming doors or movement of furniture from above...
The apartment was light and airy, fans were provided, not that we needed them
Communication with the owner was great.
My daughter found a cocktail stick in her bed which was a bit random and I never felt comfortable opening the blind in our room due to the closeness of the landing window. 2 sets of keys would be great. We came home earlier and left the adult children out, but it meant we had to leave the door open so she could sneak back in

The location in the centre of town . Everything within walking distance.
Very clean with good facilities like washing machine, cleaning and ironing equipment, and tea coffee auger etc.
The apartment was really warm , but fans were provided. There was a slight musty smell in the bedroom so I kept the window open and it went away.

Very easy to find the property and instructions to enter the property were easy to follow and accurate. Amenities in the apartment were good and TV had streaming services installed which was a great bonus! Apartment was very dusty, especially the floors but had good ventilation so was okay. The flush on the toilet was stuck and required a struggle to push down and would’ve wished for a bath mat in the bathroom but not major major issues.
