The location is excellent
There are some things to improve, simple details like the shower tub; but nothing important.

Location was perfect very cozy and accessible when you coming from the meter or the airport , 3/4 min walk you are in the center of everything, very safe and beatiful area , park at front , coffe me shops , groceries store all around.
You HAVE TO SEE the video showing the indications to check in, (they will send you )the location by the google maps it’s not really there, i think if possible, to add a lighted sign, to be more clear or some plants outside giving indications it’s an hotel , not a regular building.

+Location was good and the self-checkin was easy and convenient.
+The heating of the room worked well and had plenty of toilet paper.
-The mattress and the pillows were really uncomfortable.
-The rooms is smaller than it looks in the photos and definitely needs a renovation.
-There were spider webs on the ceiling and the lamp had 5 light bulbs, with only 2 of them actually working.
-The walls were so thin you can hear everything that happens on the room next door.
