The apartment was in a great location, we could walk everywhere, old town, Jewish quarter etc.
Very clean and great facilities, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were 3 adults and it didn't feel too cramped.
Really liked having codes on the doors as meant we didn't need to worry about carrying keys and we could come and go wherever we wanted if we wanted to do things at different times.
Communication with hotel was great and everything we needed to know was recieved in good time.
Could be a little noisy from the surrounding businesses (i think) or people coming back late, but thats more to do with us liking to go to bed early and nothing to do with the hotel.
On arrival it would be good if the 3rd Sofa bed was made up ready as we had to phone the hotel to find out where the stuff was (it was under the sofa). That's just a small thing though and the hotel responded quickly when we rang. Other than that everything was perfect.

Staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. I'd messaged in advance as we were celebrating a birthday and was offered advice for our stay. When we arrived, we were helped with an item we had forgotten and a request for extra pillows. The location is perfect, a short walk to anywhere in the city. The apartment is well equipped and larger than expected (no. 8) The courtyard in the middle is very sweet and means that the apartments are very quiet.

The location is perfect, we did not need to use the public transport at all.
Too noisy. You can hear everything from the other apartments.

Very central, walking distance to old town , plenty of restaurants nearby and tram stops outside the apartment to take you wherever you need to go
