L'appartement était bien équipé et les éléments de cuisine et de salle de bain étaient modernes et fonctionnaient bien. Bien situé, à 150 mètres du lac de Lugano. Un quart d'heure à pied du centre ville et commerces proches de l'appartement, supermarchés, cafés, restaurants, boulangerie-pâtisserie, coiffeurs... Appartement clair et bien illuminé. Ascenseur bien utile avec les bagages. Appartement très agréable et spacieux.
The flat was well-equipped and the kitchen and bathroom fittings were modern and worked well. Well located, 150 metres from Lake Lugano. A quarter of an hour’s walk from the town centre, with shops close to the flat – supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, a bakery and patisserie, hairdressers... A bright and well-lit flat. The lift was very handy for luggage. A very pleasant and spacious flat.
Nous n'avons pas pu nous servir de trois fenêtres pendant notre séjour car une des clenches de chaque fenêtre étaient dévissées ou cassées. Nous l'avons signalé à l'agence qui nous a affirmé que quelqu'un viendrait les réparer très rapidement afin que nous puissions les utiliser. Mais personne n'est venu réparer les fenêtres. De plus, le balcon était vraiment petit et il ne paraissait pas propre ou usé par le temps (sol du balcon). Il n' y avait pas de rideaux et il manque des couverts dans la cuisine. Il serait bien d'avoir davantage de fourchettes et couteaux ainsi que des plats allant au four, des bols pour le petit déjeuner, des ramequins etc. Un manque de vaisselle. L'eau chaude n'est pas toujours très chaude, ça va parce qu'il faisait chaud. Sinon tout le reste était bien et plaisant.
We were unable to use three of the windows during our stay as one of the latches on each window was either unscrewed or broken. We reported this to the agency, who assured us that someone would come and repair them very quickly so that we could use them. But nobody came to repair the windows. Furthermore, the balcony was really small and didn’t look clean or seemed to have suffered from wear and tear (the balcony floor). There were no curtains, and there was a shortage of cutlery in the kitchen. It would be good to have more forks and knives, as well as ovenproof dishes, breakfast bowls, ramekins, etc. There was a lack of crockery. The hot water wasn’t always very hot, but that was fine as the weather was warm. Otherwise, everything else was fine and pleasant.

gute Grösse. Top Lage. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich & Anweisungen per Whatsapp sehr Übersichtlich und einfach.
WC & Boden war nicht so sauber. Beim WC war der Seifenspender leer.

Parkování v okolí jen placené,nutné každé 2 hodiny obnovovat.
Apartmán byl k dispozici až v 4 pm, ale stejně nebyl uklizený,čekání na chodbě 25 min.

It was very clean and and comfortable for a good amount of money
It got very hot during the day and it didn’t have a ventilation system so we couldn’t stay in the house very long to rest.
