One of the best hosts I've ever had!! We were met with a big smile and a VERY easy check in after a long day. We went out exploring and came back to find the sofa bed made up for us - SO kind!! Keyless entry which was so efficient. A great stay at a great price and a good location in between all the sights. Would stay again!
Although we definitely trusted our wonderful host, a safe would have been nice. And keep in mind that you will need things like a corkscrew and glasses to enjoy some wine. Lastly, although a 15 min walk to the Vatican and the fountain, definitely more challenging to find restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The location was terrific - Just a block and a half away from the subway. Francesca and her brother were both wonderful. Any concerns were addressed quickly. My room was located on the 2nd floor and the building has an elevator. The room had good air conditioning.
The bed was a little firm for me, but I slept well every night anyway. This is not a traditional hotel with a lobby and a front desk. Entry into the hotel and your room is by an app on your phone. When you're traveling on your own it may make you feel less secure than if you were at a traditional hotel setup.
