Generally very comfortable for a low-key holiday with some fun extras like kayaks.

Location perfect for the family celebration up the road. Older style house was very clean with all amenities. Mattresses were low and squashy ... though I slept ok but that could be because of my level of partying! I didn't use the BBQ or kayaks as was at my son's house up the road for 90% of my stay.

All good for my purpose. If a family was staying with me we would have had to adjust to the 3 bed+1 bathroom days of the past.

A beautiful tree filled spot close to the beach all you need for a fun beach holiday

Although basic, It had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun beach holiday. Peaceful spot, Comfy beds, Great BBQ, so close to the beach, a shed full Of outdoor equipment, we could bring our dog and the garden is lovely and full of stunning birdlife.

The kitchen was missing a few important items (decent knives, dishwasher) and you can hear a lot from the adjoining property. Lucky for us we had considerate neighbours.

Apart from the dogs in the adjoining accommodation it was a lovely stay.

Comfortable and homely. A lovely home base to come back to.

The dual accommodation was noisy with 4 adults and 4 young children next door who ran through the house and were jumping off the bunk beds. Their 2 dogs barked under our bedroom windows in the morning, barked when we went out to back yard and barked when they heard us moving in the house. When the dogs were left alone and locked in the house the dogs constantly barked and howled.

Privacy. Quiet area. Location. Easy transportation. we don’t travel with car and there’s a bus stop right in front of the place, very convenience.

Superb

Very well located, good size, a lot of equipment which makes it very convenient and the garden is really beautiful and lovely. Overall a very nice place to stay either for a week-end or for an extended period of time.

The shared garden is nice and can easily be shared but the occupants of the other part of the house had a dog (which is authorised) which made it a bit less enjoyable for us (we had a baby so had to be careful). So just something to be aware of when booking.

Fantastic location and a very beach feel. Good for families. Bonus fire pit and access to beach equipment. Love the Retro theme.

Great beach holiday

Great location, 2 minutes to the beach, 2 bedrooms with double beds and one room with a bunker bed for 3. Amazing backyard and the hosts allowed access to their kayaks & toys in the shed. Complete kitchen had all pots, pans & utensils.
