One positive aspect is the location - it's very close to all the city's points of interest. However, on some evenings, the noise from outside is excessively loud due to poorly insulated windows.
The following issues were quite significant, and I believe they can be addressed by the owners:
1. The apartment was not clean; the floor was visibly dusty.
2. The furniture, walls, electrical appliances in the kitchen, and the shower in the bathroom were damaged.
3. The quilt did not have sheets.
4. One of the windows lacked a handle for closing.
5. The garbage can was damaged.
6. The bedroom had no windows and a door that could be closed.
7. Additionally, the bedroom was directly connected to the only bathroom in the apartment, which had a transparent glass door, compromising privacy, especially when traveling with three people.
8. It seems unlikely that the accommodation can comfortably host four people, as indicated in the description, given that there is only a very small sofa in the living room.
9. Due to the age of the building, the stairwell was in poor condition, resembling abandonment and infested with cockroaches.
