Right in the center of the action and so close to the sea

Perfect amazing location but unpleasantly hot hot in the room nonAC or extra fans

Location was prefect !! - clean small cute place but needs more comforts

No AC !! It was extremely hot !!! only 1 fan provided in the bedroom needs another fan at least for the living area or a portable AC unit- as they say in old town nice it’s difficult to install AC!

Excellent

The property was in an excellent location in the old town, close to the beach and to many great restaurants and shops. The apartment was small but it was clean and very cosy, perfect for a couple or solo travellers. Mandy, the host, was very friendly. She offered to give us recommendations around the area and was available to answer any questions etc. We loved staying here and would definitely rebook when we return to Nice

The apartment is up three flight of very steep stairs. We had backpacks so it was no problem for us however, I would be cautious booking this property if you have mobility issues or are travelling with multiple large suitcases

Location was prefect !! - clean small cute place but needs more comforts

No AC !! It was extremely hot !!! only 1 fan provided in the bedroom needs another fan at least for the living area or a portable AC unit- as they say in old town nice it’s difficult to install AC!
