Nice place to stay in Nice

We loved the location. It's close to the old city center and the beach. We liked that the bathroom is split into two rooms. The kitchen and dining area are nice and very practical. The bed and sofa are comfortable and in separate rooms. The AC keeps the place cool even in hot days.

It was not an issue for us, but the stairs are steep and tall, there are 3 floors and 6 year old can climb them a few times a day so not a big problem. Depending on the time of visit it may get noisy, but the windows block most of the noise.
