Great stay at the heart of Nice Old Town by an amazing host.
Marc was the most welcoming, helpful, and easily contactable throughout our stay.
The flat was clean and functional, and the sofa bed comfortable.
We struggled a bit with the stairs to 4th floor but Marc helped us a lot with carrying luggage on arrival and departure.
I guess this is a norm in these Old Town residencies and certainly keeps you fit, but just something to be aware of as the first flight is very steep.

Die Lage in der Altstadt von Nizza , die Ausstattung der Wohnung und der Service + Freundlichkeit von Vermieter Marc waren hervorragend! Wir wurden mit einer gekühlten Flasche Rosé empfangen. Marc hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips gegeben und sogar 2 Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher bereitgestellt. Außerdem war er so nett, unseren Koffer die Treppen hochzutragen.
66 Treppenstufen bis zur Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Tägliches Workout. Als Frau war es nicht möglich, den Koffer in die Wohnung hochzutragen, aber Marc hat uns diese Herausforderung abgenommen 🙏

A környék csodás, minden karnyújtásnyira van: tengerpart, boltok, éttermek, buszmegálló. Igaz, a meredek lépcsőzésre érdemes lélekben felkészülni, de a környék kárpótol mindenért! A főpályaudvar is 25 perc gyalog. A reptér kb félórányira, villamossal könnyen megközelíthető. Hangulatos kis utcában található, jobbról balról éttermekkel, de a pezsgő élet nem zavarja a fenti pihenést, nekünk minden tökéletesen megfelelt. Mindenképp ajánlom

Super Lage in der Altstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Marc war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Apartment schön.
Einzig die enge Treppe in den vierten Stock war eine Challenge mit und ohne Koffer.
