We loved the coziness of the apartment. The host was awesome with visual photos showing how to enter the property. Everything was fully stocked (exceeding bare minimum), very nice and in an amazing location 10/10 would recommend!!

Location, lots of room, quirky, comfortable and quiet.
Kitchen and bathroom not great. Difficult to clean. No oven for cooking. Countertops were dirty.

Le seul énorme avantage de cet appartement est son emplacement ideal dans le Vieux Nice juste derrière le cours Saleya.
Il est tellement sombre ! C'est vraiment dommage, l'appartement a un énorme potentiel, il est grand, fonctionnel (à part qu'il n'y a pas de salle de bain, juste une cabine de douche et un évier dans les toilettes) et originalement agencé. Mais il donne sur une ruelle et malgré ses deux grandes fenêtres, la lumière du jour n'entre jamais. C'est d'ailleurs pour ça qu'il y a des lampes partout (ambiance cosy le soir mais bon). Et SURTOUT cette agence de conciergerie "Hostnfly" facture pour cet appartement 98€ de ménage ! Un calcul douteux en fonction de la surface. À ce tarif on s'attend à un ménage impeccable, ce qui était très loin d'être le cas ! Ustensiles de cuisine sales, traces sur le rideau de douche, sol pas lavé, vitres des fenêtres pleines de fientes de pigeons, poussière à peu près partout... Les draps du lit étaient propres heureusement mais pour le reste c'était n'importe quoi.
