Very central location in heart of beautiful old town of Nice. Beach and tram station all within easy walking distance. Great cafes and bars and shops on your doorstep. Lovely clean apartment with everything you need. Excellent host.
Windows need to be closed at night as it can get quite noisy because of the central location. Fairly steep steps up to third floor.

The location is great - next to old town, restaurants, tram station. The host was helpful and responsive
The stairs to the place - 3 floors with tiny stairs, very unpleasant and scary. We were trying to get up and down as less as we can, as we were with a kid. There was mold in the bathroom and no ventilation.

第一，最好在网页上写明搞卫生的情况，让顾客订房时就可以看到在居住期间是不是有人搞卫生。我是在网页介绍上没有找到有关的信息，居住后写信问才知道居住一周所付的价格中只包括一次搞卫生。之前我们在旅游中租住过类似的酒店，一般都是一周提供至少两次卫生。
第二，最好在客户入住前把有关旅游的信息及建议发给客户。我是在写信问如何丢垃圾后，收到回信时管理员同时给了我更多详细的信息，这些信息很好但是有点迟。如果我不提问，是不是就收不到这些信息了呢？
第三，被子没有被套，见下图，我觉的很奇怪，是不是每换一批客人酒店都洗被子呢？一般都是洗被套的。我们入住当天晚上很晚才到，来不及写信问，也只好用。现在顺便也把疑问写出来。
